Canyon Trails Towne Center in Goodyear is a dynamic fast growing trade area that is primed for future growth. This location is an exciting step forward in their continued expansion across the state. 

PCS worked with California based restaurant group, Starfish, to bring their first location out of state to Scottsdale. We are excited to the first location in Arizona bring life back to the corner of Hayden and Via De Ventura.

Partnered with one of the preeminent restauranters in Phoenix, who currently owns Lorenzo's and Protein House, to identify the trade area and find a site for a new vision and chef driven concept in N. Scottsdale. PCS was able to negotiate and execute the lease for the first location at the vacant Wandering Donkey at McDowell Mountain Marketplace
